All Players must be members of SCPA to fulfill insurance contract with the schools. The Spond App will be used to manage play at each school.

The pickleball program at Halfmoon Bay is run by the Halfmoon Bay Community Association and players must be members of the Association.

The pickleball program at Pender Harbour is run by the Pender Harbour Community School.
