After registration is complete members will be grouped into teams with a mix of players at all skill levels. Our "tournament" directors will then set the playing schedule of dinking games. The top teams will enter the playoffs with prizes for the winning team. Afterwards players and non-playing partners are encouraged to attend the social at Joe's on the Beach in Davis Bay following the "tournament". We have booked the entire restaurant from 1:00 - 3:00. For $25 per person "all in", Joe's will provide chips & salsa for mingling on arrival plus appetizer plates for each person when seated. Drinks are extra - ordered at the bar. If you are planning to attend the Joe's social it is essential that you etransfer the $25 per person to scpamember@gmail.com by Sept. 2 so that we have an accurate count of paid guests. Please note: to enable Joe's to make the necessary advance preparations only prepaid guests will be allowed to attend this social. The registration form gives you the option of attending Joe's or not, and if you do plan to go wether you to be accompanied by a non-playing partner.
